We support two ways – Manual and Auto – to block timesheets in the organization.
Blocking timesheets can only be done from an account that has administrator rights for the organization.
To block timesheets manually go-to Settings, select a Member, and open his profile.
Then click the Display timesheets button.
In the timesheets view, select the week you want to block and click the lock icon.
A manually blocked timesheet applies only to the selected user and the selected range.
To turn on the feature, go to Settings and open Time tracking.
Switch the Auto-blocking timesheets and click the Save button.
After setting an auto-lock, timesheets will be blocked weekly for all members of the organization.
