Create new custom report

A custom report is a convenient tool that allows users to create reports that meet their individual business needs. Thanks to this tool, you can easily summarize the data and present it in a way that is more understandable and legible for co-workers, users, and other recipients.

In you get prepared basic reports “Invoices“, “Monthly timesheets” and “Project revenues“. You can pin them to your dashboard for quick access, you can edit and modify them according to your needs. Each report can be exported in Excel or CSV format.

Creating custom reports using groups, metrics, and filters is simple to use. Click the Create a new report button, and start creating reports according to your business requirements right now.

  • Group by – can be used to summarize data in a way that is more understandable to the user.

For example, you can create a group based on projects, and then summarize the net cost and total cost data for each project.

  • Metrics – allow users to summarize data in more detail.

For example, you can use the reported time metric to see how much time employees spend on each activity.

  • Filters – also allow you to create custom reports that better suit your needs. Using filters is simple and intuitive, and their use can save a lot of time and facilitate work with reports.

For example, if you only want to see net costs for a specific project, you can use a project filter and a net cost metric. In this way, you will receive a report with net costs only for the selected project.
